The hub drawing.
This is the drawing of the hub. 
Got to thinking about my sketch called "hubdata" yesterday. How I differed from that print, was the two "snouts" on either end of the main hub, I have listed as 1/4 and 3/8". actually after the end rings are welded on, they were trimmed back to about 1/8" each.
Also , the dwg is for a 36 spoke rim, if you get a different rim, the layout has to be modified. Also, take note on the two end rings, the holes are staggered. So if you draw a line down the centerline of the pipe, it will line up to a hole on one plate, and a space on the other plate.
Just remember that this is my own design, not flown yet. So make sure it looks good to you before you fly with them.
